Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

• We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations and changes to your appointment.
• Failure to show up / cancelling within 48hrs prior to your appointment will result in a 100% payment for your treatment.
• We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time.
• We require a card to hold your appointment. If our 48hr policy is broken your authorise us to bill your designated card/cards on your account.

Running late for your appointment:

• To ensure punctual service for all clients, appointments that start late due to client tardiness will finish at their scheduled time, resulting in a shorter service.
• No discounts will be given for appointments that are shorter due to client lateness.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for the start of your appointment you will be marked as a no-show and we will request 100% payment of your treatment.
  

It is important that you read all texts and emails from British Beauty so that you know exactly what to do/expect when arriving for your appointment.
